“Copy signature” puts formatted HTML on your clipboard — paste it straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail signature settings. Your details are saved on this device only.

Good to know.

An email signature generator creates a professional HTML signature with your name, title, photo, and links. This free tool produces client-safe, table-based HTML you can copy straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

Built to survive every email client

The signature is table-based HTML with fully inlined styles — the only structure Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail render consistently. Social links are text, not images, because most clients block remote images by default.

Copy once, paste anywhere

"Copy signature" puts formatted HTML on your clipboard so you can paste it straight into your email client's signature settings — no HTML knowledge needed. "Copy HTML" gives you the source instead.

How to make an email signature

  1. Enter your details. Add your name, title, company, and contact information.

  2. Add links and a photo. Include social links and optionally a photo or logo.

  3. Pick a layout and accent. Choose a layout and your brand accent color.

  4. Copy it in. Click Copy signature and paste it into your email client settings.

Frequently asked

How do I add this to Gmail?

Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings → General → Signature, create a signature, and paste. The formatting comes across intact.

Will my photo and logo show up?

They're embedded directly in the signature, so they travel with it. Very strict clients may ask the recipient to "show images", which is normal for any email graphic.

Are my details stored anywhere?

Only in your own browser (localStorage), so your signature is ready next time. Nothing is sent to a server.

Email

One signature. Then every email.

Your signature is one email's worth of brand. sparx Email runs the rest — transactional and marketing, sent from your own domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC handled — no per-email markup.

What you get with sparx Email.

Transactional and marketing email, sent from your own domain and your reputation. Every message is triggered by a real platform event, rendered on-brand, and authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC the moment your domain verifies. No per-email markup.

01

Transactional out of the box.

Order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, quote replies — triggered by platform events and wired into every module. Templates editable, brandable.

02

Marketing broadcasts.

Compose, preview against a real customer, send or schedule. Target live CRM segments — no list export, ever — and watch opens and clicks roll in.

03

Your domain, your reputation.

Sends from [email protected] once your domain verifies, not a shared blast domain. Until then, mail goes out on the shared sparx domain so you are never blocked.

Email is one module on the sparx platform — activate it alongside storefront, CRM, CMS, email, and B2B on one data layer and one bill. Only pay for what you run.
